- Flat rate of €4.95 on orders under €50

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed (this can extend to 3 working days during our busiest period, October–December).
Once dispatched to Romania, delivery usually takes a further 2–3 working days. Parcels are sent via Packeta, GLS, or DPD depending on order weight, with home delivery as standard.
As a combined estimate, most Romania orders arrive within about 3–5 working days from the order date (dispatch plus transit). This is a typical working-day range, not a guaranteed delivery date — exact timing can vary by courier and parcel weight.
Order tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a further update once it has been dispatched. Our courier partners provide tracking as standard on most shipments — we’re confirming the exact process for sharing tracking numbers with customers and will update this section shortly.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. This is your statutory right under EU consumer protection law and applies regardless of our own supplier arrangements.
To start a return, contact us at hello@homebohemia.eu with your order number. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@homebohemia.eu with your order number and we’ll investigate with our fulfilment partner on your behalf.
Customs and import duties
As all deliveries are within the EU, no customs charges or import duties apply.
